Delete your DogDash account & data

You can permanently delete your DogDash account and data directly within the DogDash app by going to Profile → Delete my Account.

If you no longer have access to the DogDash app, you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@dogdashapp.com from the email address associated with your DogDash account.

When your account is deleted, your DogDash account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted, except for any information we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes.

Alternatively, if you want to keep your DogDash account but would like to request that some specific personal data is deleted, please also contact us at the above email address or use the 'Contact Us' page to make your request.
